Ordering Options
IMPORTANT: Ordering any photos from our online galleries requires you to browse the gallery and add the photos you'd like to purchase into your shopping cart. Once your cart displays all of your final photo selections & correct sizes/quantities, you then have 2 OPTIONS to actually place the order:

1) Complete your order online & pay with your credit card.
 Click the blue Checkout Now button on the bottom of the shopping cart page to begin our easy, secure, 2-step online checkout process. Payment must be made with your MasterCard or Visa when using this ordering method. When you've finished entering in all of the requested information & submitting your order online, you'll see a 'Thank you' screen, which will indicate that your order has been placed properly. We will also send you an email confirmation. (Please also read the last paragraph below)

2) Mail or fax us your order instead.
A printer-friendly version of your shopping cart contents is created so you can print & submit your order to us by mail or fax (instead of completing your order online with your credit card). Payment may be made with either credit card or a check, as noted below.

Here's how:
  1. On the bottom right of the shopping cart page, click the Mail/Fax option in the gray-colored graphic (just beneath the blue Checkout Now button). This will transfer your cart’s photo selections onto a new screen showing a printable ‘Mail/Fax Order Form’. This form will also calculate & display any shipping and applicable sales tax charges for you.
  2. Review your form, then print all pages (there will likely be at least 2 pages).
  3. Once printed, clearly hand-write all of the requested information in the spaces provided.
  4. Fax or mail all pages of your form with payment directly to Highpoint Pictures. If mailing us your order, payment may be made with either check (payable to Highpoint Pictures) or credit card (MasterCard/Visa only). If faxing, payment must be made with credit card (MasterCard/Visa only).
For either method above…
Please remember that the photos you order will be sent directly to the address you provide us with (via First Class U.S. Mail) within about 3 weeks from the date we receive your order. Please plan ahead. Re-orders may be placed online or by using the Re-Order Form that will accompany your final prints for up to 1 year after the event date. At that time, re-orders for that job will no longer be accepted. All photos come with our customary 30-day money back Guarantee to make sure you are 100% happy with your photos upon receipt. If you're not, you can return any photos to us to have them re-printed or to receive a full refund - it's your choice!
