All of the photos we have available to view & order online are stored
in our Online Galleries. You can access any gallery from the main 'View/Buy
Prints' page on this website. Note:
Not every job/event we shoot is available for online viewing & ordering.
- Go to www.highpointpictures.com, preferably using
a high-speed Internet connection.
- On our Homepage, click the 'Find Your Photos' button.
- Enter the requested information in the desired gallery folder to view
& order those pictures. Note: A password may be
required. If you don't know it or misplaced it, please call us toll-free
at (866) 738-5500.
- Once in your gallery, browse all of the photos we shot. Click on any
small thumbnail image to see larger views of that image.
- Once enlarged, images you like can be brought into your Shopping Cart
by first selecting the size & quantity desired for that image, then
clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. The Shopping Cart will collect &
hold all of your photos while you continue to shop. Tip: You
can always remove a picture from your Shopping Cart at the end, so it's
best to put any images you might be thinking of purchasing in your cart
so you don't forget about them!
- After adding images to your cart, you can continue to shop for other
photos - those that you've already added to your cart will be stored
there until you're finished shopping. You can review your Shopping Cart
contents at any point by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon that appears
on top of each page. Tip: To remove a picture from
your cart, click 'Remove' in that image's line, then click OK to the
warning message that follows.
- Once your Shopping Cart contains all of the photos and sizes you want,
you have TWO options to
place the order:
a) Complete your order online & pay with your credit
card. Just click the blue 'Checkout Now' button to begin
the easy, secure, 2-step checkout process. This requires payment
by MasterCard or Visa only. When your order has been completed online,
you'll see a 'Thank you' screen, which will indicate that your order
has been placed properly. An email confirmation will also be sent
to you.
OR
b) Mail or fax us your order instead.
On the very bottom right of the Shopping Cart page, click the Mail/Fax
option (just below the Checkout Now button). This will
transfer your cart's photo selections onto a new computer screen
showing a printable order form. Print all pages of this form, then
hand-write all requested information. Mail or fax all pages with
payment directly to Highpoint Pictures. If mailing
in your order, payment may be made with either check (payable
to Highpoint Pictures) or credit card
(MasterCard/Visa only). If faxing, payment must
be made with credit card.
- Your photos will be shipped directly to you (not your school) via
First Class U.S. Mail within 3 weeks from the date that Highpoint receives
your order. Re-orders may also be placed online or by using the Re-Order
form that will accompany your final prints.
Other Notes & Tips
- Photos are typically posted online approximately 3 weeks after
the event date. Please check back often, as there will be no
official notification of the precise day and time that the images are
'live'.
- When possible, use a computer with a high-speed Internet connection
to make your shopping experience the quickest possible. If you do not
have access to a computer, we recommend using one at work, a friend's
place, a local library, Kinko's or even your school's computer lab.
- Try to avoid using AOL's web browser. Instead, use
Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Netscape or Safari. So,
even if you have to 'sign-on' to the Internet through AOL, it's best
to stop after sign-on, then open a new window with one of these aforementioned
browsers to do your online shopping.
- Any images you see displayed on your screen are only low-resolution
versions of your pictures. Your final prints are guaranteed to be much
sharper & clearer. They will also be printed on
professional, archival, matte-finish paper at our professional color
lab.
- Any pictures you order will be printed in the exact proportions
that are displayed on screen - no additional cropping or zooming-in
will be done.
- The print prices shown in your Gallery do not include
shipping charges, late fees or sales tax, all of which will be automatically
calculated, displayed & added to your order during the online checkout
process.
- Your final prints may arrive as uncut packages or 'sheets' of photos.
Trimming your photos upon arrival may be necessary.
- All photos come with our customary 30-day money back guarantee
to make sure you are 100% happy with your order.
