All of the pictures you order will be printed showing the exact proportions you see displayed on your screen - no additional cropping or zooming-in will be done. Additionally, no corrective work for skin problems or other flaws will be done. However, we do offer the following services that can be applied to any picture:
CUSTOM CROPPING
This service allows you to zoom-in on certain elements of any picture or crop-out
unwanted parts. For an additional, one-time flat fee of $20 per image,
all the pictures you order of that image will be cropped exactly as you’d
like.
Important: Since we want to crop your final prints exactly to your specifications, it’s important for you to show us your vision of the final print. So, you’ll need to fax or mail us a diagram. Here’s how: Print the web page showing the enlarged version of the photo you’d like cropped, then draw a diagram showing the part of the photo you want cropped. The crop must be rectangular, with one side about 50% longer than the other. Indicate whether the final photo should be horizontal or vertical. Then fax or mail this diagram printout to us, indicating the size & quantity desired of the final, cropped image. (Also indicate whether we should combine that order with another order you’ll be making for other prints). Finally, make sure to also add the student’s name, school name & your phone # to this page.
RETOUCHING
Our Retouching service will eliminate skin blemishes and minor clothing
spots on all of the pictures you order from a given image. It’s
available for an additional, one-time flat fee of $20 per image.
> To take advantage of either service above, you will need to print out the web page showing the enlarged view of the image being serviced. Then mail or fax your instructions on this page to us, including the sizes & quantities you’d like from the corrected print. These special orders may take up to 4-5 weeks for delivery & may be shipped to you separately from other prints you order. No additional shipping charges will apply. All work is 100% Guaranteed to be to your satisfaction.
NEW! RUSH DELIVERY
SERVICE
Normal delivery time is 3-4 weeks from the date we receive your order.
However, you can take advantage of our Rush Service & have your prints
sent to you within 7 business days
of our receipt of your order by adding a flat fee of $10.
Simply check the box labeled ‘Rush Service’ at the bottom
of the first "Checkout" page. The $10 fee will be automatically
added to your order total & all prints will be shipped to you within
7 business days.
Note: Rush Service is not available from November 15th - January 1st due to the high volume of work during this timeframe. Retouched & Custom Cropped orders cannot be rushed.
